Professional Experience

Inpatient Psychiatric Care:
2 years of inpatient case management and family therapy with both adolescent and adult populations in psychiatric hospital settings.

Hospital-Based Outpatient Mental Health:
7 years providing individual and group psychotherapy in a hospital outpatient mental health setting, working with a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges.

Private Practice:
27 years in private practice, offering depth-oriented psychotherapy with a focus on psychodynamic and mindfulness-based approaches. Tracey integrates meditation, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care into her work with clients.

Curriculum Development & Teaching:
Developed and taught a continuing education course titled “Using Meditation in Psychotherapy with Clients” for licensed social workers at Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work.
